The operating system for service businesses

Never miss another customer again.

One system that answers every call, books every appointment and follows up on every lead — with the CRM, the website and the automations already in it. Live in under an hour.

IllustrationHow one call nobody could answer becomes a booking
  1. The phone rings

You're mid-appointment. Nobody is at the desk.

  2. It answers on the first ring

Greets the caller by your business name, asks what they need, and knows what you do and don't offer.

  3. It books Thursday, 9:30am

From your real opening hours and your real availability. No double-booking, no callback promised.

  4. Everyone gets the confirmation

The caller gets a text. You get the summary and a new contact with the whole conversation attached.

Times are illustrative. The mechanism is not — you can dial the live demo and hear it happen.

Proof, not logos

We're early, so we won't show you a wall of logos we haven't earned.

Here is what you can verify instead — today, without talking to sales.

  • Talk to the AI right now. The live demo is the real product, answering as a real business, not a scripted video.
  • Your data is never used to train models and is never shared with another customer. Ask us for the detail and we'll answer specifically.
  • A two-week pilot on your own business. If it doesn't catch anything worth paying for, don't pay for it.
  • Every message is labelled. When no provider is connected the product says “generated, not delivered” rather than quietly counting it as sent.
The problem

The phone rings. Nobody picks up. That customer is gone.

They don't leave a voicemail. They don't call back. They call the next business on the list — the one that answered.

Nights and weekends

Emergencies and impulse enquiries don't respect opening hours. Whoever answers, wins.

While you're working

You can't take a call mid-job, mid-treatment or mid-service. So it rings out.

The follow-up nobody does

An enquiry that isn't chased twice is an enquiry you paid to generate and then threw away.

See it work

Don't take our word for it. Ask it something.

The demo runs the real receptionist against a real instance — a dental practice with real opening hours, real services and a real knowledge base. Try to trip it up. Ask about a price it doesn't know, or an appointment outside its hours, and watch it offer a callback instead of making something up.

  • Books a real slot from real availability
  • Refuses to invent a price, an insurance answer or a guarantee
  • Escalates anything it isn't sure about
  • Everything it captures lands in the CRM you'd be buying
What's in it

Everything you need, in one system

Not another tool to log into. This is the whole customer journey — from the first ring to the review — running in one place.

AI phone answering

Answers on the first ring, 24/7, in a voice you choose. Books, qualifies, transfers, or takes a message.

Website chat assistant

One line of code on any site. Same brain as the phone, so it never contradicts itself.

Appointment booking

Live availability from your real opening hours. No double-bookings, no back-and-forth.

CRM and contact timeline

Every call, chat, booking and message on one record. No duplicate when the same person calls then emails.

Lead pipeline

See exactly where every enquiry sits, and what it's worth.

Missed-call recovery

The moment a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text back — before they dial your competitor.

Email and SMS follow-up

Multi-step sequences that run themselves. Confirmations, reminders, reactivation.

Review requests

Asked automatically after a completed appointment, when goodwill is at its peak.

Website included

A fast, mobile-first site generated from your details. Change your hours once, everything updates.

Analytics

Leads, bookings, answer rate, conversion. Measured activity only — nothing estimated.

AI knowledge base

You decide what the AI is allowed to say. Anything else, it offers a callback instead of guessing.

Team management

Roles and permissions for everyone who touches a customer.

Integrations

What connects today, and what doesn't

Plainly split, because you should find this out now rather than in week two.

Works today
  • Twilio — your phone number, inbound calls and SMS. Keep your existing number and forward to it.
  • Any SMTP provider — send from your own domain, whoever you use.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and the customer portal.
  • Anthropic Claude — the receptionist itself.
  • Your existing website — the chat widget is one line of code, so it works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify or anything hand-built.
  • A voice platform — a webhook built to the Retell and Vapi shape, so a number can be pointed at it.
Not connected yet
  • Google Calendar and Outlook two-way sync. Booking works today against your opening hours inside the product; it does not yet write into a calendar you keep elsewhere.
  • Google Business Profile reviews. Review requests are sent; the resulting ratings are not pulled back in.
  • Practice- and job-management systems (Housecall Pro, Jobber, Dentrix and the like).
  • Zapier and n8n.

If one of these is the thing that decides it for you, say so on the call — it tells us what to build next, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's weeks or months.

Outcomes

What it's actually for

Six outcomes. Everything in the product exists to move one of them.

More booked appointments

Every enquiry gets answered and offered a time, on the first contact, at any hour.

Fewer leads lost

A missed call gets a text back in seconds. An unanswered enquiry gets chased twice more.

Faster response times

First ring, not first thing tomorrow — measured on your own dashboard, not estimated.

Less manual work

The confirmations, reminders, follow-ups and review requests nobody has time to send.

A system that scales

The tenth location works the same as the first. Nothing lives in one person's head.

Predictable growth

You can see where every enquiry came from and what it was worth, so you know what to buy more of.

What is a missed call actually costing you?

Put your own numbers in. Every assumption is shown, and nothing is pre-filled to flatter us.

Assumptions: this is arithmetic on the numbers you entered. We assume the AI reaches 70% of the people you currently miss — some callers won't engage with any callback. It is an estimate for your business, not a result we have measured for anyone else.

Why Structured by AI

Our positioning, stated plainly

Our aim is to give a growing business the kind of system that has traditionally needed a $20,000+ custom build — at a fraction of the cost, and in a fraction of the time. That's our positioning, not a claim that every build is identical to ours.

One system, not six subscriptions

A receptionist service, a CRM, a booking tool, an email platform and a review tool is five bills, five logins and five places for a customer to fall through. This is one.

It is built not to bluff

The receptionist is instructed never to invent a price, an availability, an insurance answer or a guarantee. Where it doesn't know, it takes a callback. That constraint is in the product, not in a policy document.

Live in under an hour

Your instance is generated from your business details, you review exactly what the AI is allowed to say, and you point a number at it. No implementation project, no setup fee.

Your data stays yours

Never used to train models, never shared between customers, exportable on the way out. Cancel from the billing page with no notice period.

Honest about what's measured

Every number on your dashboard is computed from real rows. Where there's no prior period it says so, rather than showing a flattering 0%.

Priced for a real business

From $249 a month, less than a day of agency time — and one recovered customer a month covers most plans.

Comparison

Versus hiring a receptionist

Not a criticism of receptionists — a comparison of what each option actually covers. Most of our customers want both.

Customer results

This is where the testimonials will go.

We don't publish results we haven't earned, so this section is empty rather than padded. It fills in with named, verifiable customer results as they come — and not a day before.

What we will do instead is run it on your real business for two weeks and show you exactly what it caught. If it doesn't catch anything worth paying for, don't pay for it.

FAQ

Questions

Will it sound like a robot?

It sounds like a competent receptionist reading from a good script. It won't pass for a human in a long, unusual conversation — and it doesn't try to. It answers, books, and escalates anything it isn't sure about.

What happens if it doesn't know something?

It says so and takes a callback number. It is explicitly instructed never to invent a price, an availability, an insurance answer or a guarantee. You control exactly what it's allowed to say from your knowledge base.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour. We build your instance from your business details, you review what the AI will say, and you point a number at it. There's no setup fee.

Do I have to replace my website?

No. You get one included, but the chat widget is one line of code that works on whatever site you already have.

What about my existing phone number?

You keep it. Either forward it to your AI line, or forward only the calls you don't answer within a few rings. Most businesses start with the second option.

Does it sync with my Google Calendar?

Not yet, and we'd rather tell you now. Booking works against your opening hours and availability inside the product, and confirmations go out by email and SMS — but it does not write into a calendar you keep elsewhere. Two-way sync is on the roadmap; ask us where it sits.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the billing page. No notice period, no cancellation fee. You keep your data — export it on the way out.

Is my customer data safe?

Your data is yours and is never used to train models or shared with other customers. Each business's data is isolated. Ask us for the detail — we'll answer specifically rather than pointing at a badge.

How many customers do you have?

We're early, and we're not going to dress that up. That's exactly why the offer is a two-week pilot on your own data with nothing to pay if it doesn't earn its place — the risk sits with us, not with you.

Stop losing customers to a ringing phone

Twenty minutes on a call, then two weeks running on your real business. If it doesn't catch anything worth paying for, you don't pay for it.
